1Win Paytm Deposit Not Credited – How to Get Your Money Back
Depositing via Paytm to 1Win is one of the most popular payment methods for Indian players. However, many users report that their Paytm deposit was not credited to 1Win even though the amount was successfully deducted from their Paytm wallet or linked bank account.
Why Paytm Deposits Fail to Reach 1Win
Paytm UPI transactions to 1Win can fail for several reasons. The most common is a session timeout during payment processing — the payment completes on Paytm's side but the confirmation doesn't reach 1Win's gateway in time. Bank server downtime, incorrect payment gateway routing, and UPI VPA mismatches are also frequent causes. Paytm clearly states that if a transaction shows as successful on their end, the receiving party (1Win) must locate the funds.
The transaction shows as successful on Paytm's side and my UTR is confirmed, yet 1Win has not credited my account for 5 days.
Step-by-Step: Resolving 1Win Paytm Deposit Issues
Start by opening Paytm and locating the transaction in your history. Note the UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number — this is a 12-digit number assigned by NPCI. Take a full screenshot of the transaction showing the UTR, amount, date, and "Success" status. Then visit 1Win support and raise a deposit complaint. Provide: your 1Win Game ID, the exact deposit amount and date, your Paytm UTR number, and your transaction screenshot. Most users report resolution within 3 to 7 days when a valid UTR is provided.
If 1Win fails to resolve within 7 days, you can file a UPI dispute directly through the Paytm app under "Raise Dispute" in your transaction history. NPCI will investigate and either credit your 1Win account or issue a refund to your Paytm wallet.
