1Win UPI Deposit Not Received – Troubleshooting Guide
Many players using UPI to deposit on 1Win face a frustrating situation: the UPI transaction shows as complete in their banking app, the amount is debited, but their 1Win account is not updated with the deposit.
Common UPI Apps Affected
This issue has been reported by users across all major UPI apps including Google Pay (GPay), PhonePe, Paytm UPI, BHIM, SBIPAY, and Jio Payments Bank. The problem is not specific to any single UPI app — it occurs at the payment gateway integration level between your UPI provider and 1Win's payment processor.
I made a deposit of ₹9,800 via UPI from GPay. Payment was completed on the payment page, but my 1Win balance was never updated. The money was deducted from my account.
How UPI Deposits Work on 1Win
When you initiate a UPI deposit on 1Win, a payment request is sent to your UPI app through 1Win's payment gateway. After you approve the payment on your UPI app, the funds are transferred from your bank account to 1Win's payment gateway account. The gateway then confirms the receipt to 1Win, which credits your game balance. If the confirmation step fails — due to network issues, gateway timeout, or system errors — your bank account shows the deduction but 1Win never receives the confirmation.
To resolve this, collect your UPI transaction ID or UTR number (visible in your UPI app's transaction history), raise a ticket with 1Win support using this reference, and request a manual verification. Under RBI guidelines, if the funds were debited and not credited, the bank and payment processor must resolve within 1 working day or compensate ₹100 per day for the delay.
